Here is the order form for t-shirts for the kids participating in the Championship season. In the past, we try to have the kids wear matching shirts, to help generate team spirit and easily identify them on the pool deck. T- Shirt design is attached. Hoping to have all the kids attending state meets and Zone meets will participate.
Deadline for ordering the shirts is Weds, Feb.4th. by 8pm. Please have completed form and check in an envelope, placed in the Merchandise Folder at the Y.
