YPAC Invitational Hosted by the South Oakland YMCA Saturday & Sunday, November 8 & 9, 2008 This Meet Entry is due Monday, Oct. 20, 8:00 pm to FFYSMEET@YAHOO.COM This is a YMCA meet. Each day a swimmer swims counts as one meet toward the 3 YMCA meet minimum necessary to compete at YMCA championship meets. Entries are due Monday, Oct. 20, no later than 8 pm. Please submit your entry VIA EMAIL, to email address ffysmeet@yahoo.com. You will receive a confirmation of your entry within 2 days of sending. If you do not receive a confirmation, please resend your entry. The South Oakland Y has asked teams to volunteer timers and officials for this meet. If you are willing to time or officiate (must be YMCA accredited to officiate), please indicate that in your entry email. In the Subject of the email, indicate the meet you are entering. In the body of the email, indicate: * Your swimmer's name. If you are new to FFYS, please include your swimmer’s full name (first, middle, last), birth date, and gender. * Age group. Swimmers swim their age as of Dec. 1, 2008 for this meet. * Event # (include stroke & distance). Swimmers can compete in a maximum of 4 Individual events per day. * TIME: Returning swimmers may leave this blank if you want to default to the Team Manager database time. Otherwise, enter the ACTUAL TIME ACHIEVED and whether it was Short Course Yards (Y), Long Course Meters (LCM) or Short Course Meters (SCM). If you have no time for an event, just leave the field blank and we’ll ask your coach to provide a time for you. * FEES: $4.00 per individual event. DO NOT PAY FOR RELAYS – these are paid by the YMCA from money earned at our FFYS invitational and other fundraisers. Please submit your entry fee via check payable to Farmington Family YMCA (cash is not recommended, as the pool areas are not secure). Place your check in an envelope with your last name and the meet written on the front. Place the envelope with the check in the Treasurer's folder at the YMCA or HHS.
